About this role

Cint is moving from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide AI-enabled operating change. The next phase is not about adding more tools or running isolated pilots. It is about redesigning how work happens: where humans lead, where AI assists, where AI automates, and where autonomous AI can safely operate. As Director, Enterprise AI Transformation, you will lead Cint’s AI Transformation Office and own the strategy, roadmap and operating model for embedding AI into the way Cint works. Your focus will be measurable business value: better workflows, faster cycle times, improved quality, stronger productivity, clearer governance and board-ready evidence of impact.
