Du verantwortest gruppenweite Themen in den Bereichen Recruiting, People Development und Organisationsentwicklung, schaffst Transparenz über die Gruppe hinweg und treibst die Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen und Standards voran. Darüber hinaus begleitest du Veränderungs- und Integrationsprojekte und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer internationalen Organisation.
