Facilities Manager

What you will do: You will manage the facility maintenance and projects to improve facilities and utilities for the Winston Salem Plant. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that the facility is operating as it should, this may include dealing with emergency issues, training outside contractors on site rules, and working with all functional area leaders to achieve optimal outcomes. How you will do it: Initiate, implement, and manage the facility maintenance program with an emphasis on planning, scheduling, and preventative/predictive/productive maintenance.
