This is an exciting growth opportunity to work on impactful and market-shaping transactions as a key team member in one of Australia’s most respected Corporate & Capital Markets practices, led by industry-leading partners Jonathan Algar and Stuart Byrne . As an integral member of our expanding practice, you will act for domestic and global clients across sectors spanning technology, fin-tech, health, financial services and retail. You will play a lead role on Australian and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, and public and private capital raisings including IPOs . You will also advise on strategic corporate matters, governance, shareholder activism and ASX listing rules.…
