Was dich erwartet Als People Partner (m/w/d) bist du eine zentrale Säule unserer täglichen Personalarbeit. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere People-Prozesse reibungslos laufen, unsere HR-Systeme sauber gepflegt sind und sich Mitarbeitende während ihres gesamten Employee Lifecycles gut begleitet fühlen. Dabei arbeitest du nah an den Menschen, hast gleichzeitig ein starkes Auge für Daten, Prozesse und rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen und treibst operative Exzellenz aktiv voran. Du verantwortest die Administration, Pflege und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer HR-Systeme (Personio und des integrierten Zeitmanagements) und stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sicher.…
