Department : Bermuda Form Location : London Role : Associate The Team Our Bermuda Form team works on a broad and varied range of insurance and reinsurance disputes involving resolution in the English Courts and in international arbitration proceedings, with a particular focus on the Bermuda Form. Since the beginnings of the Form, our Bermuda Form team has successfully represented insurers and reinsurers on Bermuda Form arbitrations and related proceedings involving pharmaceuticals, pollution, product liability, professional indemnity, property & casualty, directors & officers, securities class actions and other large excess liability claims. The team regularly acts for Bermuda insurers and reinsurers, London market insurers and reinsurers and for other major insurers of the Bermuda Form.…
