About this role
Location: Seattle or Remote Clyde & Co US LLP seeks mid-level associates to join our rapidly growing insurance coverage practice in Washington. You will be part of the team that advises insurers on complex coverage issues in areas of emerging risk, including social media, AI, PFAS, privacy claims, and unfair competition and trade practices in online marketplaces. Our team also represents insurers in complex litigation involving commercial lines liability and excess policies. This is an exciting opportunity to help clients navigate areas of emerging risk, and gain experience in complex commercial litigation involving global companies.
