About this role
First Orion is looking for a Marketing Analyst to be the analytics engine behind our marketing. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll build the dashboards, reports, and attribution models that help leadership understand what's working, what's not, and where to invest next. You don't just pull data — you tell the story behind it and proactively surface the insights that drive decisions. You'll work across our full martech stack, with a particular focus on querying and modeling data in Databricks and BigQuery , instrumenting and analyzing web behavior through GA4 and Google Tag Manager, and analyzing our CRM data in HubSpot (and Salesforce).…
