Chef de Partie - British Restaurnat and Bar

Chef de Partie for modern British and European restaurant and bar in Victoria We are looking for 2 chef de parties to join our team of 10 chefs cooking monthly changing seasonal British menus using high quality locally sauced produce. Our restaurant serve up to 100 covers per service, we also have a busy bar with separate menu serving 30-60 covers per night. The Chef de Partie will get the opportunity to work across all sections and will have input into menu development and specials. Located 5 minutes' walk from Victoria station we work 7 shifts per week with paid overtime. The kitchen is well stocked and modern with a friendly and enthusiastic brigade. We are offering a salary of £24-27,500 per year plus paid over time.…
