About this role

Our central London 5 Star Hotel is looking for a Head Chef for its high volume, all day dining kitchen– we are offering a salary of £60,000 Role Overview High Volume Brasserie Brigade of 40 Chefs Seasonal produce All day service Leading a brigade of 40 chefs and with a team of 10 Sous, we are looking for an experienced Head Chef to act as the leader for our loyal and passionate brigade. We offer an eclectic menu created on site using seasonal produce. As Head Chef you will be responsible for planning all future menus. Catering for over 600 covers per day on a regular basis, we require a Head Chef with proven experience in a high quality, high volume brasserie-like kitchen.…
