About this role

We are looking for a Head Chef for our popular neighbourhood brasserie. Offering a menu comprised of classic dishes with some modern additions, the successful Head Chef will be offer a starting salary of £40,000 Role Overview Head Chef 1200 Covers Per Week £40,000 Salary Brigade of 9 Chefs Classic Dishes As Head Chef, you will work alongside our GM and Group Ops Director to plan and source all future menus. We make all dishes freshly on site, so a Head Chef from a fresh food kitchen is essential. Leading the brigade of 9 chefs, and catering for an average of 1200 covers per week, this is a high pressured, fast paced kitchen.
