Sous Chef - Mediterranean Restaurant

We are looking for a sous chef to join our team cooking modern Mediterranean cuisine in a world famous restaurant. Located in central London close to Piccadilly Station we open for lunch and dinner every day serving up to 180 covers. The successful sous chef will work 5 strait shifts per week and will receive a salary of £32K. We aim to win rosettes in the next year and need a sous chef who can help lead and guide our tam of 23 chefs to produce high quality monthly changing menus using the very best seasonal produce.
