Sous Chef - Restaurant

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our brigade of chefs (pre-opening) for the re-launch of our hugely popular neighbourhood restaurant, due to re-open early in 2019. The successful Sous Chef will be offered a starting salary of up to £35,000 Job Brief Sous Chef Brigade of 10 Re-opening Seasonal British menus 4 day working week We will be offering seasonal British menus throughout the year, with all dishes created on site using fresh produce, sourced locally where possibly. Our Head Chef joins from a Michelin Star kitchen – we will be offering dishes that are refined, and considered ‘fine dining’.
