Job Description Job Duties Task Organization, Scheduling, and Inspections Provides lead-worker direction to a team of three or more Custodian I employees, student workers, and temporary staff to ensure completion of assigned custodial services and projects. Communicates work priorities, operational needs, and service expectations among team members, supervisors, and building occupants. Organizes, schedules, monitors, and inspects the work of assigned personnel to ensure quality standards, productivity expectations, and departmental objectives are achieved.
