Job Description Job Duties Primary Duties Custodial Supervisor Supervise a group of 3 or more full-time Custodians, including both Custodian I's and Custodian II's, as well as student workers and temporary employees to accomplish the overall work assignment. Communicate the needs and requirements among custodians and building occupants. Organize, schedule, monitor, and inspect the work of each custodian. Supervisory decisions are made at the Custodian III level for leave approvals and leave management as well as writing reviews and documentation to support appropriate personnel actions. Also responsible for assuring assigned areas and buildings are adequately supplied with items for custodial services.…
