Job Description Primary Duties Facilities & Operational Coordination Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance, operational, safety, or custodial concerns. Collaborate with facilities management, custodial teams, contractors, and campus partners to support building functionality and operational efficiency. Ensure facilities are prepared and maintained to support residential, conference, and guest operations. Assist with coordination of summer facility projects, maintenance schedules, and operational upgrades. Monitor recurring operational concerns and assist with escalation or follow-up as needed.
