Job Description Job Duties Structural Maintenance and Repair Estimate material usage and perform installation, maintenance, and repair of wall and ceiling systems and surfaces, including matching existing textures and paint colors when applicable through taping and texturing sheet-rock and plaster surfaces. Repair walls and ceilings using like materials and complete finishing and painting of repaired surfaces. Estimate, install, and repair vinyl and ceramic wall and flooring systems, ensuring proper surface preparation and substrate application. Replace and re-glue vinyl and rubber cove base materials. Sand, strip, and stain natural wood finishes. Perform minor concrete repairs, including patching cracks in sidewalks and foundations and sealing interior and exterior building surfaces.…
