Job Description Position Summary: The Scholar Success Specialist in Scholar Success Programs provides comprehensive, high-touch advising support to first-generation and limited-income students through a proactive, student-centered approach focused on student success and career readiness. The Scholar Success Specialist operates with a high degree of independence, navigates complex student concerns and acute crises, serves as a frontline advocate and manages resource referrals.
