POSITION OVERVIEW: The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operation of company facilities, building systems, utilities, and grounds to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. This position supervises facilities personnel and contractors while supporting manufacturing operations through preventive maintenance, infrastructure improvements, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of facilities maintenance staff, janitorial personnel, and third-party contractors across multiple TAS Energy locations.
