JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: • Generate monthly reports by utilizing the data from procurement systems. • Perform collection and initial analysis of documentation required of the contracting process. • Provide support in analyzing, aggregating, and reporting procurement system data. • Review procurement system key data fields for completeness and accuracy, any corrections and open items should be tracked accordingly to completion. • Ensure presentations are up-to-date to enable determining testing samples and review for completeness and accuracy of procurement documentation. • Ensure that missing documentation is obtained from relevant stakeholders and outstanding items are tracked to completion.…
