About this role
We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Advisor to join our Performance, Management, Quality and Audit Team at our head office in Bedford, MK44 3JZ. This is a 12-month maternity cover position, working full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The role supports and delivers quality assurance activity across the business, identifying process gaps and opportunities for improvement, supporting new sellers and processes, and providing meaningful insights through effective auditing, analysis and collaboration with operational teams. This contributes to improved efficiency, accountability and customer experience, driving continuous improvement and supporting Copart’s ongoing commitment to Customer Experience and Operational Excellence.…
