POSITION DESCRIPTION: This role supports Creation Technologies' Continuous Improvement strategy by leading and sustaining improvement activities that enhance operational performance and engage employees at all levels. REPORTING STRUCTURE: REPORTS TO CI MANAGER OR CI DIRECTOR DIRECT REPORTS (if applicable): None DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: Lead small to medium CI projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools to drive measurable improvements in quality, delivery, and cost. Analyze processes, map workflows, and identify waste and variation to recommend targeted improvements that support operational goals.…
