POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager leads the HR function for our Plan, TX location and serves as a strategic partner to site/functional/regional leadership. This role is accountable for executing people strategies that support organizational goals and delivering results. This position is 5 days per week onsite.
