About this role
We are seeking a motivated Storeroom Supervisor to join our team at our Moorhead factory. The individual will supervise factory storeroom staff and activities to ensure compliance with Purchasing and Storeroom procedures and policies. The principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: · Lead and promote a positive work culture through Company Values of Safety, Integrity, Quality, Teamwork, and Accountability. · Supervises storeroom employees and their work to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety and sanitation requirements, deadlines, and enforces procedures and processes. Discusses employee performance issues with employees and may issue disciplinary notices as needed.…
