About this role

Job Description The Preventative Maintenance Shop Hourly position helps the shop with routine maintenance. Part time and full-time availability, 2–4-hour blocks per day preferred. Flexible scheduling to accommodate school schedule. Job Duties: Receiving and organizing materials. Changing air/fan coil filters. Cleaning mechanical systems like intakes/coils. Changing belts and greasing/oiling of mechanical equipment. Working with Technicians on projects in the field. (TW) Documenting and updating spreadsheets. (V/WC) Applicants should have basic tool knowledge and mechanical systems awareness, and ability to work independently in a safe, productive manner. Applicants will work in all weather conditions, use of roof access ladders and be exposed to heights.…
