About this role

Cura of Le Sueur is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing & Infection Prevention (RN) to join our nursing leadership team. This position is an important part of the day-to-day leadership of our nursing department. Working closely with the Director of Nursing and Administrator, the Assistant Director of Nursing & Infection Prevention helps support nursing operations, staff development, clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and the overall delivery of resident care.
