About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du unterstützt den Aufbau unseres zentralen HSE-Teams und eines standortübergreifenden Managementsystems sowie die Entwicklung verbindlicher Standards – unter anderem nach ISO 45001. Du berätst unsere Standorte zu relevanten gesetzlichen Anforderungen und unterstützt sie bei der sicheren Umsetzung. Du entwickelst Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Notfall- und Betriebsanweisungen weiter. Du koordinierst Audits, Begehungen und Behördenkontakte und verfolgst Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) bis zum Abschluss. Du arbeitest standortübergreifend mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen und verankerst HSE früh in der Planung von Anlagen, Arbeitsplätzen und Logistikprozessen – von Batterielagerung und Brandschutz bis Abwasser und Abluft.…
