About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du baust das Werks- und Projektcontrolling für unsere Produktionsstandorte und Großprojekte von Grund auf auf und entwickelst dafür passende Steuerungslogiken, Kennzahlen, Standards und Prozesse. Du verantwortest die Budgetplanung und regelmäßigen Forecasts für unsere Werke und Großprojekte, analysierst Abweichungen und deren operative Ursachen und leitest konkrete Handlungsbedarfe ab. Du bist Sparringspartner:in auf Augenhöhe für Werks- und Projektleitungen sowie die Fachbereiche und unterstützt sie mit fundierten Analysen und konkreten Handlungsempfehlungen. Du etablierst aussagekräftige Management-Reportings und bereitest Finanz- und Leistungsdaten so auf, dass sie eine klare Entscheidungsgrundlage für Management und Fachbereiche bieten.…
