ABOUT THIS ROLE
We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at DataSnipper. In this role, you'll be a key player in driving hiring across our Product and Engineering functions, working alongside fellow TA specialists to deliver a high-quality, candidate-centric recruitment experience.
You'll manage the full recruitment cycle across technical roles: from building targeted pipelines and screening candidates, to facilitating a smooth process and managing offer negotiations. You'll work closely with engineering and product hiring managers, building strong working relationships to ensure you deeply understand their needs.…
