Position Summary: The Rough Coat Painter Trainee will be responsible for preparing and coating automotive accessory products with airless spray equipment to ensure a high-quality finish and appearance for our OEM and Aftermarket customers. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Accountabilities: Airless spray application of 100% solids Rough Coat coating materials to various parts and substrates. Complete training in setup, operation and basic troubleshooting / maintenance of Rough Coat spray equipment - including Graco HFR and Fusion Spray Gun(s). Complete training to become certified in all HFR/Spray Gun Related Processes directly related to spraying.…
