Ocean Import Associate

Mandate Reporting to the Branch and Operations Manager, the Ocean Import Associate is responsible for coordinating and monitoring international ocean import shipments from origin to final destination. You will communicate daily with clients, overseas agents, carriers, customs brokers, and transportation providers to ensure shipments move efficiently and clients receive timely updates. Your responsibilities will include reviewing shipment documentation and manifests, monitoring customs clearance, coordinating cargo availability and delivery instructions, and arranging inland transportation as required.
