Position Summary The Director of Maintenance leads the maintenance strategy, staffing, and execution across Denton Floyd Real Estate Group's multifamily and senior living property portfolio. This role owns preventive maintenance programs, capital repair coordination, make-ready standards, and vendor management, ensuring properties are safe, well-maintained, and positioned to protect and enhance asset value.
