About this role

Position Summary Triple Crown Senior Living (TCSL) is a growing senior living owner-operator seeking a Senior Associate to support acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio optimization initiatives. The Senior Associate serves as the analytical engine behind that growth. This role owns underwriting and valuation for new opportunities, drives portfolio-level asset management analytics, and serves as a direct thought partner to the Chief Investment Officer. The analysis produced in this role supports decisions made by the CIO, ownership, the investment committee, lenders, and capital partners.
