What began with just over 300 units has grown into a vertically integrated real estate firm with more than 16,000 units owned, managed, or under development across Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Florida, Missouri, and Texas, spanning Class A multifamily, senior living, and industrial assets.
