About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden bei technischen und anwendungsbezogenen Fragen rund um unsere Pflegesoftware – telefonisch und per E-Mail. Du nimmst Supportanfragen freundlich und serviceorientiert entgegen, analysierst die Anliegen und findest schnelle, verständliche Lösungen. Du dokumentierst Anfragen und Lösungen sorgfältig in unserem Ticketsystem. Du leitest komplexere Fälle an den 2nd Level Support oder die Fachabteilungen weiter. Du gibst Kundenfeedback strukturiert an das Produktteam weiter und hilfst so, unsere Software kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung von Hilfsmaterialien (z. B. Knowledgebase, Tutorials, FAQs). Dein Profil Berufserfahrung im telefonischen Kundensupport, idealerweise im IT-/Softwareumfeld.…
