About this role

Deine Aufgaben Wir entwickeln Software, die den Alltag von Leistungserbringern im Gesundheitswesen spürbar einfacher macht. Dafür suchen wir einen UX/UI Designer (m/w/d), der komplexe Prozesse in klare, nutzerfreundliche Interfaces übersetzt. KI-Tools sind dabei ein fester Bestandteil deiner Arbeitsweise. Konzeptionelle und visuelle Gestaltung digitaler Produkte auf Basis von Kundenanforderungen. Planung und Durchführung von User Research. Entwicklung von Personas, Customer Journeys und User-Flows für komplexe B2B-Workflows. Strukturierung anspruchsvoller Informationsarchitektur in unseren SaaS-Produkten. Erstellung von Wireframes, Mockups und interaktiven Prototypen in Figma und Claude Design. UI Design und Handoff. Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von qualitativen Usability-Tests.…
