Job Description Schedule: This role is fully remote but requires working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm MST or PST preferred; EST and CST will still be considered. A bit about this role: Our Devoted Medical Specialty Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP) roles include both Nurse Practitioners (APRNs) and Physician Assistants — candidates for both will be considered. This position is a unique opportunity for an experienced APP with a compassionate, entrepreneurial approach to deliver exceptional preventive cardiovascular care to members with hypertension and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease risk.
