About this role

Job Description This role is fully remote and must be located within one of the contiguous 50 states. You must be able and willing to work 4-10 hour shifts per week with working hours of 8am-6pm MST/PST, but we will considering working hours on EST/CST. A bit about this role: The Digital Care Program and the Responsive Care Department are redefining how we connect with patients by delivering exceptional clinical care entirely through chat and other digital channels. Our mission is to meet patients where they are — online, in real time, and with the same compassion, expertise, and partnership they would expect in person.
