About this role

Buscamos un/a QA Lead para incorporarse a un proyecto de alto impacto dentro de una de las principales instituciones bancarias de Ecuador. La posición tendrá foco en Quality Engineering, automatización de pruebas y certificación de calidad, trabajando sobre aplicaciones y flujos críticos del negocio. El rol combina ejecución de pruebas funcionales, diseño y mantenimiento de casos de prueba, automatización, gestión de defectos y ejecución de pruebas de performance. La posición es 100% presencial en Quito, Ecuador — requisito excluyente . El stack está orientado a herramientas como Karate DSL, Playwright, SerenityBDD, K6, JMeter, Azure DevOps, Git, Jira, Xray, Confluence y ServiceNow.
