We are a global leader in Lead generation and we power the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries in Europe & North America. Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead. We’re looking for a Freelance Paid Search Manager to support the growth of our North American market. This role is not about “running ads.” It’s about owning performance: understanding what drives lead quality, scaling what works, and making fast decisions based on data. You’ll manage a portfolio of acquisition campaigns, primarily across Search channels, with direct impact on revenue, margin, and client growth.…
