About this role

Your role ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Exhibits a personal commitment to performance. Expect a high level of achievement from staff members. Manages auditor performance by establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to. Manages audit scheduling to ensure audits are confirmed according to sector and/or business goals. Manages KPI performance on a monthly basis and drives improvements. Assures that audits within the sector are conducted in a cost effective manner and conforming to DQS policies and procedures and accreditation requirements. Maintains proper employee and contract auditor resource levels for assigned sector by monitoring workload demands and business development feedback.…
