About this role

W HAT YOU’LL DO The Catering & Banquets Assistant Manager is responsible for the oversight and day to day operations within Catering & Banquets for Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. This position will directly manage and provide oversight to the Assistant Catering & Banquet management team and multiple classifications of hourly team members. ROLE EXPECTATIONS Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following: Billing and processing of payments for events in a timely manner Ensure that events are executed within the established timelines and to guest expectations.
