About this role

WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Lifeguard, your primary responsibility is to deliver exemplary and friendly customer service to all guests while prioritizing the safety of guests as they enjoy the pool area. This involves vigilant observation of guests in the pool, executing designated rescue procedures when necessary, and upholding safety measures in accordance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. Additionally, as a Lead Lifeguard you will assist with scheduling and training of the pool staff .
