WHAT YOU’LL DO The Table Games Dealer at the Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas is a pivotal role in providing an exhilarating and memorable gaming experience for our diverse clientele. Our Table Games Dealers will operate various casino games with precision, adhering to the highest standards of customer service, gaming integrity, and entertainment value. ROLE EXPECTATIONS Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following: Proficiently deal cards or manage gaming equipment for an array of table games, including but not limited to blackjack, poker, roulette, craps, baccarat, and more. Expertly control the tempo of the game, ensuring it is engaging and equitable. Guide newcomers through game rules and procedures, creating a warm and inviting gaming environment.…
