About this role
WHAT YOU’LL DO Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Performs duties such as ware-washing, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning walls, foodservice equipment, and simple operation of basic equipment. Clean, Sanitize, sweep, and mop the kitchen/dining room floor as directed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen/ work area. Receive and clean our guest’s soiled dinnerware, flatware, and glassware following proper departmental procedures. Must adhere to all company standards and operating policies. Performs all side work, opening and closing duties. Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment. Ensure all Rio Hotel & Casino core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied.…
