Roles and Responsibilities: a) Under the oversight and direction of Public Works' Section Heads the Construction Managers will perform construction inspection, enforcement of compliance with the contract documents, scheduling, technical support, and on-site management of construction projects. b) Prepare and process change orders, daily logs, and working day statements; collect work records; maintain accurate records of work for payment purposes; conduct employee interviews; prepare as-built plans and perform other associated contract administration tasks. c) Arrange for materials testing and construction staking to be performed by Department staff.…
