About this role

Design, develop, review, and document business processes, quality management processes, policies, procedures, and related frameworks in alignment with organizational objectives and applicable standards. Assess existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement, recommending solutions based on industry best practices and organizational requirements. Develop and maintain process maps, process documentation, and related deliverables using Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies.
