About this role
Employment Type: 40 hrs per week (Contract) Work Arrangement: Remote Compensation Range: $1800 - $2,200/month Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for larger ground-up construction projects. Review plans, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documents to develop comprehensive estimates. Perform quantity takeoffs and accurately determine material, labor, subcontractor, and other project costs. Solicit, review, and compare subcontractor and vendor pricing. Communicate directly with American subcontractors and vendors to clarify scope, pricing, availability, and project requirements.
