Type: Full-time Salary: $1200-$1600 What You'll Own 1. Logistics & Shipment Coordination Support brokers with day-to-day shipment and logistics coordination. Schedule and confirm pickup and delivery appointments. Perform track-and-trace activities and maintain accurate shipment status updates. Follow up with carriers, drivers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely updates. Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them to the appropriate team member. Help ensure shipments move according to schedule and customer expectations. 2. Systems & Data Management Accurately update shipment information, customer records, and operational data in internal systems. Perform routine data entry and maintain accurate records.
