Run return simulations and sensitivity analyses (IRR, NPV, DSCR, payback) across varying assumptions for pricing, incentives, financing, and production. Support the sales and origination process with pro formas, pricing scenarios, and deal summaries for internal review and client-facing materials. Own deal file management—organize, name, version, and maintain project documentation, contracts, and supporting data in a consistent, auditable structure.
